Real estate advertising, Noida & Delhi NCR — Launch the address.

Most of our archive is NCR real estate — projects in Noida, Greater Noida West, the Yamuna and Dwarka Expressways, Gurugram and Ghaziabad. We take a project from the teaser to possession: the idea, the brochure, the launch jacket, the hoardings on the way to the site, and the radio that brings people there on the weekend.

WHAT WE HANDLE

One project. Every place a buyer meets it.

01

The launch idea

A positioning and a line that can carry the project for years — “Nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity”, “Your gateway to the Noida Airport”.

02

Brochures and sales material

Brochures, price sheets, site standees and mall roll-ups — the material a sales team puts in a buyer's hands.

03

The launch media

Front-page jackets and full pages, hoardings on the routes to the site, radio for site-visit weekends, and social posts to keep the conversation going.

04

Sustenance to possession

Festive schemes, payment-plan ads, construction updates and handover — each stage with something new to say, in the same voice.

What makes property advertising different

A home is the largest purchase most families make, and the decision is made slowly, by several people, over many encounters with the project. No single ad sells a flat. The job of a real-estate campaign is to make sure that every encounter — the hoarding on the drive home, the jacket on Sunday, the brochure at the site office, the post on the phone — tells the same story and moves the buyer one step closer to a site visit.

It's also one of the most regulated categories in Indian advertising. Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, a promoter has to show the project's RERA registration number and the RERA website address in its advertisements — UP RERA for Noida and Greater Noida, HRERA for Gurugram. We build that into every layout from the start rather than squeezing it in at the end.

How a project campaign unfolds

A typical NCR launch, stage by stage
StageThe jobWhere it usually runs
TeaserCreate curiosity before the details are publicHoardings, social posts, a “coming soon” unipole
LaunchAnnounce — loudly, on one dayFront-page jacket or full page, outdoor near the site, radio
SustenanceKeep enquiries coming between big momentsHalf pages, payment-plan hoardings, standees in malls, the feed
FestiveTurn the season into a reason to bookNavratri and Diwali pages, festive schemes on outdoor
PossessionProve the promise was keptHandover ads, “Greh Pravesh” messages, editorial features

We walk through each stage — with budgets, media choices and the mistakes we see most often — in how to plan a real estate launch across media.

Patterns from our NCR work

  • The address is often the headline. Airport, expressway, metro — infrastructure the buyer already believes in. See The address is the headline.
  • The budget picks the language. Affordable projects speak Hindi; premium projects lean English. See Sample flat dekha kya?.
  • The festive calendar is a media plan. Navratri and Diwali are when many families decide. See This Diwali, move in.
  • Hoardings close, newspapers explain. The site near the project carries a price and an arrow; the paper carries the plan.

Do you work with developers outside Noida?

Yes. Most of our projects are in Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West and Ghaziabad, with others in Gurugram, South Delhi, Sonipat, Haridwar and Ajmer.

Can you design the brochure as well as the ads?

Yes — brochures are a large part of the archive, and making them alongside the launch advertising keeps the project's voice and visuals consistent. You can browse them on our work page.

Which newspapers work best for a property launch in NCR?

It depends on the price point and the buyer. English main editions and city supplements suit premium and mid-market launches; Hindi dailies are often stronger for affordable housing and for buyers in Noida, Ghaziabad and western UP. Our newspaper advertising guide covers the choice in detail.
