Newspaper advertising, Delhi NCR — Front page, planned.
A newspaper ad is read at a table, by someone with time to decide. We plan which paper, which edition and which morning — then write and design an ad that earns the page: jackets, full pages, half pages and city-supplement placements across NCR.

WHAT WE HANDLE
From the right paper to the finished page.
Choosing the paper
English or Hindi, main edition or city supplement. Our archive has run in The Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Indian Express, Navbharat Times, Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala, HT City, Delhi Times, Noida Times.
Choosing the format
Jacket, full page, half page or quarter — and front page, inside or back. Each one is a different amount of attention, and a different price.
Writing for the page
A newspaper reader will read the details. The page can carry the price, the payment plan, the location map and the RERA number — in that order of importance.
Booking the date
Launches and festive mornings are crowded. We lock the edition and the position early, and deliver material to the paper's specifications.

Why newspapers still carry big decisions in NCR
Buying a home, choosing a school, booking a festive purchase — these are decisions families make together, often with the paper open on the table. That's why so much of NCR's real-estate and education advertising still runs in print, and why a front-page jacket on a launch morning remains one of the loudest things a brand can do in the region.
Print also does something the feed can't: it gives an ad a fixed date and a public setting. A project launch in the Sunday paper is an announcement; the same artwork in a social post is one more post.
Formats we plan and design
| Format | What it is | When it earns its cost |
|---|---|---|
| Jacket | The ad wraps the paper — a full front page, usually with an inside page too | Launches, festive mornings, a single day that has to be unmissable. More in what is a jacket ad |
| Full page | One whole page, inside the main paper or a supplement | When the ad has a story to tell — a location, a plan, a list of amenities |
| Half page | Half a page, horizontal or vertical | Sustaining a launch, payment-plan and scheme ads, school admissions |
| Quarter page and smaller | Display ads priced by the column-centimetre | Reminders, event dates, frequency across many days |
| Editorial feature | A paid feature written as a story about the brand | Schools, hospitals, anniversaries — where trust matters more than an offer |
English or Hindi, main paper or supplement?
The buyer decides. English main editions and supplements such as Delhi Times, HT City and Noida Times reach one NCR; Navbharat Times, Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala reach another, often with stronger presence in Noida, Ghaziabad and western Uttar Pradesh. In our own work, the budget of the home usually picks the language — the more affordable the project, the more likely the ad is in Hindi. We wrote about that pattern in Sample flat dekha kya?.
What an effective newspaper ad gets right
- One headline that could only belong to this brand — not a category promise any competitor could print.
- A clear order of information: the idea, then the offer, then the details, then the contact.
- Compliance that's built in, not squeezed in — for real estate, the RERA registration number and website.
- A phone number or QR code that is specific to the paper, so the enquiries can be counted.
- Artwork made to the paper's mechanical specifications, so nothing important falls into the fold or the gutter.

How are newspaper ads priced?
Display ads are priced from the paper's rate card, usually per square centimetre (column-centimetre) for a given edition, with premiums for colour, position and specific days. Jackets and other special formats are usually priced per insertion. Published rates are a starting point; the final cost depends on the edition, the date and the negotiation.
Can you place an ad in a specific edition, such as Noida or Gurugram?
Yes — most large papers sell city and zonal editions and supplements separately. Picking the edition that matches where your buyers live is often the cheapest improvement a plan can make.
How far ahead should a newspaper ad be booked?
Ordinary display ads can often be booked within days. Jackets, front pages and festive dates should be booked as early as possible, because only one advertiser can have them each morning.
